NAVFAC Section Head for NEPA compliance joins CSA Ocean Sciences Inc.

CSA Ocean Sciences Inc. is expanding its Navy Business Line, including the addition of Mr. William Sloger, who recently served as the head of NAVFAC’s Southeast Section for NEPA compliance.
